Dr. Abdulrahman K. Al-Shaiji
Chairman Board of Trustees
Abdulrahman Al-Shaiji is presently the Chairman and Managing Director of (IIES) International Integrated Education Services k.s.c.c., Co-founder of Al-Manar Leasing & Finance, Assistant General Manager of Al-Imtiaz Investment, Deputy General Manager of Al-Madar Investment and Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Wared Leasing & Finance. Abdulrahman holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering, a Masters of Science Degree in Management from Colorado Tech University and a PhD in Islamic Finance. Abdulrahman's career includes working for the Ministry of Electricity and Water as an Instrument Engineer (1987-1991), Head Department of EHAC of the Industrial Institute, Public Authority for Applied Education and Training (1993-1999), Assistant Manager of Strategic Planning & Product Development, Commercial Relations Manager, Sales Manager (1999-2001) and Senior Manager-Commercial Finance (2001-2003) at Al Dar Investment.

John Maddock - CEO Box Hill Institute TAFE

John Maddock has been the Chief Executive Officer of Box Hill Institute, Melbourne, Australia since 1999. Prior to this, John was CEO of Gordon Institute and during his career has held a variety of management roles in the TAFE sector. Before starting his career in education, John was employed by Arthur Andersen & Co. working in the business consultancy area. He has also been involved in many leadership roles across vocational education and training in Australia, including Deputy Chair of the Victoria Tertiary Admissions Centre, Member of the Victoria Curriculum & Assessment Authority, Member of Deakin University Council and Board Member of the Innovation and Business Skills Australia Board.

Noel Lyons
Vice President International - Box Hill Institute TAFE

Noel Lyons is the Vice President International and Enterprises for Box Hill Institute, working across all areas of the institute and with international clients and students to develop and build sustainable commercial, education and training partnerships. Before rejoining Box Hill Institute in 2004, Noel was the Chief Executive Officer of International Training Australia for eight years and also worked at senior executive level at Box Hill Institute during the period 1993 to 1996 when he was the Director Business Development. Noel has had extensive executive management experience within the international education and training sector and in providing human resource development and business solutions to public and private sector organizations. Noel's educational qualifications include a BA degree in Education as well as an MBA, awarded by La Trobe University.
